Question What's a QBz™ Unlock Key?

Answer
Anyone can download QBz™ 1.5,and play 15 free games. After that, a player must purchase the QBz™ UnlockKey to continue playing the full version of QBz™.

QBz™ Unlock Keys are purchased in the Skunk Store and sent to the customer within minutes after the order is submitted. The player enters their email and key, and it's QBz™ together forever!

Please note, we sell QBz™ Unlock Keys on our website, and through several other partners - the unlock keys for each partner are different, so please see the next question for more information on this.

Question What if my Unlock Key doesn't work?

"I have tried my unlock key and it says that it was "REJECTED", please try again. I've tried several times and nothing happens."

Answer #1 Not a Skunk Studios™ key
QBz™ is available in several locations - each version has its own unlocksystem. You must download the game from the site where you purchased the key.Here is a list of our partners:

If you purchased the game from a site in the list above, click it to return to that site to download QBz™ again. The download is free for paid customers!

Please note - if you downloaded the game from another site, but purchased the game from us, simply download our version here:

Your unlock key should work with this version.

 

Answer #2 Incorrect email or unlock key entry
Assuming you purchased the game from us, and downloaded from our site, then pleasebe sure you have entered your Unlock Key and Player Email exactly as they aresent to you in your order confirmation.

Try these steps:

  1. Copy the Unlock Key from the email you received from the Skunk Studios™ store. It should be about a dozen or so characters long.
  2. Press the "paste" button to the right of the Unlock Key entry field inside the QBz™ game.
  3. Copy the Player Email from the email.
  4. Press the "paste" button to the right of the Player Email field.
  5. Press Unlock, be sure that you have a Web connection available.

Answer #3 Entered complete gibberish for the player email and/or unlock key
Maybe you're one of those jokers who did not buy the Unlock Key? If so you canget one at a reasonable price right here:

Question Where do I go to unlock QBz™?

Answer
The only QBz™ version that can be unlocked is the downloadable, fully-featuredQBz™ game. You can download it for free right here: downloadQBz™.

Question What if I purchased QBz™ before Unlock Keys?

"I bought QBz™ a while ago but never got my unlock key."

Answer
Skunk Studios™ moved to the new Unlock Key system on March 14th, 2002.

If you are a previous Skunk Studios™ customer, contact us with your order number and we will issue you your very own QBz™ Unlock Key for free.

You will also need to download QBz™ 1.5 if you are playing QBz™ version 1.0 or version 1.1. The version number can be checked by looking underneath the square of QBz™ on the QBz™ start screen.
